Welcome to Baby Dance AI, an independent web workspace for text-to-video, image-to-video, and reference-motion workflows. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

Baby Dance AI provides account, credit, media-upload, generation, job-status, download, and browser-tool features. Some hosted generation functions depend on third-party providers and may change or become unavailable. You agree to use the service in accordance with applicable laws, provider terms, and platform rules.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content and technology provided through Baby Dance AI, including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, platform features, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of Baby Dance AI is babydanceai.com.

You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying AI technology or intellectual property that powers the Baby Dance AI service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of babydanceai.com and any third parties.
Rights in a generated result depend on applicable law, your rights in the inputs, and the relevant third-party provider terms. We do not promise that a result qualifies for copyright or exclusive ownership.
The Baby Dance AI interface, original site content, and service code remain the property of babydanceai.com or its licensors. Upstream models and third-party services remain the property of their respective owners.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Baby Dance AI:

Platform Abuse

Unauthorized access to or circumventing our API rate limits and usage restrictions
Reselling or redistributing AI-generated content in violation of our license terms
Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
Attempting to bypass any security features, content filters, or credit systems
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract our AI models or algorithms

Illegal Content and Activities

Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Generating, storing, distributing, or transmitting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child pornography in any form
Generating, storing, or distributing pornographic or sexually suggestive content depicting minors
Generating or distributing content related to illegal drugs, controlled substances, or narcotics
Engaging in or facilitating human trafficking, violent crimes, or terrorist activities
Creating or distributing content for fraud, scams, or identity theft

Adult and Restricted Content (NSFW)

Using AI generators to create pornographic, adult content, or explicit sexual imagery
Generating or distributing NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content, nudity, or sexually suggestive materials
Providing adult entertainment services, escort services, prostitution, or sex-related services
Creating or distributing deepfake content that violates privacy, dignity, or consent
Generating or distributing non-consensual pornography or revenge pornography

Gambling and Financial Fraud

Using the service for online gambling, sports betting, lotteries, casino games, or any games of chance
Operating or promoting pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or multi-level marketing fraud
Engaging in unauthorized financial services, cryptocurrency scams, ICO fraud, or investment fraud
Creating or distributing counterfeit goods, pirated software, or intellectual property violations
Providing payday loans, high-risk debt consolidation, or illegal financial products

AI-Specific Restrictions

Using AI generation features to create hate speech, harassment, discriminatory material, or content inciting violence
Generating misleading deepfake content for political manipulation, fake news, or fraud
Bulk generating spam, phishing messages, malware, or content for cyber attacks
Circumventing content moderation systems, security filters, or attempting to bypass platform limitations
Using AI-generated content for purposes that violate third-party terms of service
Using the service to create fake identities, forged documents, or false credentials
Generating or distributing AI-synthesized content that infringes on portrait rights or privacy rights

Intellectual Property Violations

Unauthorized use of others' trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property materials
Generating content that obviously infringes third-party copyrights (such as pirated movies, music, books)
Distributing or selling counterfeit branded products, imitation goods, or infringing services
Using AI tools to copy or imitate protected artworks, designs, or creative content

Other Prohibited Businesses

Selling or promoting tobacco products, e-cigarettes, cannabis, or related smoking paraphernalia
Selling or promoting weapons, ammunition, explosives, or dangerous items
Providing unapproved pharmaceuticals, prescription drugs, counterfeit medicines, or health fraud products
Engaging in endangered species trade or illegal wildlife product sales

Important Notice:

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether content violates these terms and may suspend or terminate violating accounts without prior notice. For serious violations, we will cooperate with law enforcement authorities. Users are fully legally responsible for all content they generate and distribute.

Pricing and Payments

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (https://babydanceai.com/refund-policy): a request must be submitted within 3 days of purchase, the purchased credits must be unused, and approved refunds are issued minus payment processing fees
Prices are subject to change with notice to users
You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan
Payment terms are based on your selected payment method and plan

High-Volume Subscription Plans

Max plans provide 10,000,000 credits for the validity period shown at checkout. This is a measured allowance, not unmetered or technically unrestricted use. Subscription credits refresh at renewal, do not roll over, and remain subject to the generation costs shown in the product.

Usage Safeguards

High-volume plans are intended for legitimate creative work by the account holder. We may apply reasonable rate limits or review usage that involves automated mass generation, credential sharing, resale of account access, attempts to bypass credit accounting, unusual infrastructure load, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

When practical, we will notify the account holder and provide relevant context before applying a plan adjustment or suspension. Immediate restrictions may be used when needed to protect users, providers, or service security. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, babydanceai.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

Inactive accounts

Baby Dance AI may schedule an eligible unpaid account for deletion after at least 30 consecutive days without recorded activity. A scheduled account receives 30 days' advance notice and a reminder seven days before deletion. Signing in or selecting the keep-account confirmation cancels the schedule. This rule excludes accounts with successful payment history, an active subscription, or refund, chargeback, or dispute history. Any unused free or promotional credits expire when the account is deleted.
